WE’RE HIRING Senior Executive Dyeing Sampling
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all samples meet buyer specifications for shade and fastness properties.
- Coordinate with merchandisers and R&D for sample approvals and feedback.
- Physically review problematic lots in finishing and discuss corrective measures.
- Execute daily sampling operations.
- Analyze shade variations and identify root causes for discrepancies.
- Liaise with Lab, R&D and quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Communicate with merchandisers regarding sample progress and RTC dates.
- Troubleshoot dyeing issues and ensure RFT results.
- Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering.
- 4-7 years of experience in dyeing department, preferably in knit fabric or garment dyeing units.
- Proficiency in shade matching and use of spectrometer/data color systems.
- Strong knowledge of reactive, disperse and vat dyeing processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Effectively manage employee transportation.
- Supervise and manage housekeeping, cafeterias and accommodation facilities.
- Oversee all gate activities including visitor management system (VMS), timekeeping office and inward/outward movement of goods.
- Correspond with relevant stakeholders & liaise with government offices.
Requirements:
- An MBA/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or any other relevant degree.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in transport management.
