Merchandising Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Effective coordination with clients to ensure product development aligns with seasonal expectations.
- Plan, execute and monitor a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with customer guidelines and business growth.
- Analyze customer plans and share development ranges with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Manage seasonal sampling across different product types, while regularly updating customers on costs, lead times etc.
- Support sampling and planning teams for smooth operations & resolve customer related queries.
Requirements:
- A master’s degree in business administration or a relevant qualification.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
- Sound knowledge of the textile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
