WE’RE HIRING Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving and new sourcing opportunities.
- Support end-to-end sourcing for non-merchandise categories, including supplier research and performance evaluation.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders and POs in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on market developments.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and drive process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
