Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales and profitability targets, meets customer satisfaction levels to retain and achieve the growth targets.
- Business development as per the assigned targets.
- Proactively manage customer’s satisfaction and service delivery. Function as a key interface between the customer and all relevant departments of StarchPack.
- Payment collection and ensuring timely collection of credit as per the company policy.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed by everyone. Serves as a safety representative.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- University Degree BBA/MBA, BS Animal Nutrition (pref.)
- Fresh – 1 year experience in B2B Sales
- Negotiation Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
