Looking for an experienced candidate to plan and organize the quality assurance function of the Internal Audit Department (IAD) and develop a strong culture of quality with focus towards leading practices and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role a strong knowledge and experience of audit operations is required
The potential candidate will have
To be the technical expert; development of internal audit manual and templates. Maintaining methodology and to ensuring audits are conducted in accordance with it.
Develop and maintain quality assurance program
To develop frameworks for audit universe, risk assessment and annual plan
To plan and provide the team with training and technical development and lead for learning and development within the department
To plan and execute initiatives to create awareness about internal auditing and department within the company
To assist the GM with management and governance reporting
Requirements: CA qualified (plus CIA would be an advantage) with 8-10 experience of internal audit experience with strong understanding of the Internal Auditing Standards (IPPF, IIA). Currently Head of Internal audit in a medium sized or second to it in a large sized organization.
