We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our Sample Department. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working with GGT (Gerber Garment Technology) software and possess a strong understanding of garment construction, fit analysis, and digital pattern development and meet below following requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital/Manual patterns based on design specifications.
- Interpret tech packs and ensure proper fit and construction.
- Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and sample rooms to finalize samples.
- Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern corrections.
- Ensure final production patterns and grading are aligned with quality standards.
- Maintain pattern library and documentation for reference and reuse.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in CAD-based pattern making (Gerber/Lectra/Tukatech).
- In-depth knowledge of denim garment construction, including trousers, jackets, and dresses.
- Expertise in managing denim shrinkage, washing allowances, and fabric behavior.
- Proficient in adapting patterns to various denim silhouettes and fits (slim, relaxed, tapered, Balloon fit, etc.)
- Familiar with CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra,Tukatech) used for denim pattern development and grading.
- Eye for detail with excellent measurement and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple styles simultaneously.
