Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate branches with system-related queries, financial entries required, and resolution of T-24 issues post go-live in coordination with the IT team and the Temenos help desk, including but not limited to:
- Settlement of branch-wise mismatches.
- Re-calculation of savings account profit workings
- Computation of FX gains and losses on trade and exchange transactions & routing into respective GL lines.
- Matching of customer-wise portfolio balances with product-wise GL lines and resolution of mismatches.
- Settlement of catch-all mapping differences, rectification, and appropriate tagging into relevant lines.
- Opening of fresh BS and PL categories and related line mappings.
- Resolution of inquiries from external and internal auditors related to T24
Provide daily support to branches on T-24 issues, which also includes online training for branch and other department staff.
Prepare and finalize financial entries for all new products in accordance with applicable financial reporting frameworks (e.g., IFRS and IAS) in coordination with the Unit Head, FR.
Perform UATs on various projects and tasks pertaining to the Finance Division, including static data parameterization and system controls.
