𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Assist in audit planning, conduct risk assessments, and develop internal audit schedules.
- Execute and document financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with approved procedures.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, governance frameworks, data integrity, and system reliability.
- Prepare detailed audit working papers, including procedures performed, findings, and clear recommendations.
- Deliver audit reports, present findings to senior management, and propose corrective actions.
- Follow up on management’s action plans to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors during fieldwork and documentation.
- Support fraud investigations or special audits as required.
- Integrate analytics and automation into audit processes to enhance efficiency.
- Compile daily production status reports, track WIP and TNA deviations, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor monthly production targets, ensuring alignment with closing timelines and initiating actions to achieve timely manufacturing completion.
- Prepare and review monthly production delay reports, presenting insights to senior management and coordinating the resolution of bottlenecks.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 3–5 years of proven internal audit experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance.
- Experience in the retail fashion industry will be highly preferred.
