SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd. is inviting energetic and hands-on engineers to join our MTO Program in Field Engineering — a launchpad for building real-world expertise in solar energy systems.
As an MTO in Field Engineering, you will:
✔ Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems
✔ Conduct site visits and perform system diagnostics
✔ Learn and apply field protocols and safety standards
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support
✔ Work closely with senior engineers to uphold service excellence
Ideal Candidates Have:
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
● Willingness to travel and operate in dynamic field environments
● Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Passion for sustainable energy and technical fieldwork
