Job Title: Sr Officer/Officer Field Engineering
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible to visit the sites for complaint resolution.
· Customer engagement for visit time before site visit.
· Updating the ticket details before leaving the site.
· Before visiting the outstations request for approval via travel request forms.
· Responsible to follow RCA checklists developed by Manager/AM for effective and timely resolutions.
· Responsible to timely handover faulty Inventory to relevant stakeholders.
· Be the brand ambassador
Educational Requirement: DAE or Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in solar industry.
