E-Commerce Logistics Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment & Tracking: Monitor and manage order fulfillment across multiple sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.).
- Track and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints related to logistics.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained at all times by coordinating with warehouse teams.
- Monitor stock levels across various fulfillment centers or third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Oversee stock audits and report any discrepancies.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with courier partners and other logistics service providers to ensure efficient shipping operations.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with logistics partners and monitor performance.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Manage import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align stock availability with sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce operations or inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, E-commerce platforms, and inventory management software.
