Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing and growing relationships with LMT customers (supermarkets, retail chains, convenience stores).
-Support in developing and executing sales & promotional plans specific to LMT channels.
-Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in all assigned outlets.
-Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activities within LMT accounts.
-Coordinate with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution of promotions, deliveries, and collections.
-Assist in preparing account reviews, sales reports, and presentations.
-Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational challenges in coordination with the KAM.
-Participate in negotiations for promotions, displays, and space agreements.
-Conduct regular market visits to ensure in-store execution aligns with company objectives.
-Support the KAM in meeting sales targets and achieving trade KPIs.
Skills:
-Strong sales and negotiation skills for modern trade accounts
-Excellent relationship management and customer handling
-Proficient in sales data analysis, reporting, and forecasting (Excel/ERP tools)
-Skilled in trade marketing, merchandising, and shelf management (planograms, visibility)
-Strong communication and presentation skills
