WE ARE HIRING: MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a professionally managed and the largest chemical complex in Pakistan.
A competent, result-driven professional to lead our Accounts & Finance function and ensure robust financial governance and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end financial accounting and reporting, ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS, Companies Act 2017 requirements.
- Handle taxation matters including income tax, sales tax, provincial sales tax on services, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, working capital management, and financial arrangements.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of audit recommendations
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls, risk management processes, and SOP compliance
- Prepare and present management reports and financial insights to senior leadership
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA / ACMA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial role, preferably within Chemical manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage banking operations, financial arrangements and statutory compliance.
- Strong command over financial management, reporting standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive efficiency and maintain internal controls.
