One of Sitara Flagship Company of Sitara family is looking for services of Director Finance & Operations.
FCA with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience at the corporate level managing operational aspects of a company with strong analytical skills identifying operational loopholes in terms of cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency and recommending strategies for their mitigation. The ideal candidate will directly assist the CEO while providing strategic support and ensuring that the Operational, F&A and Commercial activities of the organization are running smoothly and efficiently meeting business objectives. He should have the vision and commercial acumen understanding and analyzing the impact of national/international economic dynamics on the organization’s business and should be able to lead teams of different disciplines.
