Requirements: MBA preferably in HR with 4 to 6 years’ experience.
Responsibility:
- Manage complete recruitment and selection process.
- Manage Payroll, benefits, EOBI, SESSI, Labor laws.
- Manage complete operations, documentation, health and life insurance.
- Manage Performance management system.
- Functional knowledge of HRMS.
- Manage of employee engagement / events.
- Manage of training and development.
- HR reporting
