Looking for a “Front Desk Officer” for our company Sino Sindh resources pvt ltd (CPEC Company by shanghai electric).

Job Description:

• Monitor office expenses and costs at site
• Can Multi-task and work under pressure
• Dealing with Telephone and email enquiries;
• Creating and maintaining filing systems;
• Scheduling and attending meetings;
• Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
• Organizing/arranging travel and accommodation for staff, whenever necessary.
• Coordinate with security department
• Create gate passes and coordinate with the vendors for incoming and outgoing
• Assisting employees with their administrative issues
• Available to assist employees on call during late hours
• Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager / Departmental Head

Education and Experience:

1. Minimum Diploma of 2 Years
2. 2-4 Years experience in the relevant field
