Job Title: Officer Warehouse – Coal Mining Industry

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our Materiel Department at the Tharparkar site within the coal mining industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials. This position is critical for maintaining smooth material flow to support mining operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
Store materials properly in designated warehouse locations and update inventory records.
Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately according to orders or shipping instructions.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
System input and document management: Input data into warehouse management systems and handle related documentation.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse area.
Assist with physical inventory counts and prepare related inventory reports.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or a related field, Additional Certifications are a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management in similar roles.
Strong Knowledge of warehouse operations system and inventory management.
Ability to operate warehouse software and maintain accurate records.
Proficient in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. And Chinese will be preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
