We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Officer, Supply Chain to join our team!
Job Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard distributors for timely procurement of pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies.
- Make cost-effective brand selections and maintain an up-to-date formulary.
- Ensure the timely processing of orders and payments to maintain strong vendor relationships and avoid supply disruptions.
- Year on year savings for procurement costs maintaining the quality and brand standards
- Negotiate price discounts and possible savings on procurement of goods and services.
- Receive ordered stock, verify, and check to ensure the correct quantity and quality, and distributes to the relevant destinations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelors or above.
- 5 years of practical experience.
- Hands on knowledge about medicine and lab supplies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information.
