Hiring a Manager, Human Resources (Female) to join our team!
Job Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: Reporting to the GM Operations; the incumbent will oversee a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits and learning and development. The role will also support in enhancing HR policies, procedures and strategic initiatives through the effective use of performance and HR metrics.
Qualifications: Masters degree in human resources, business administration or management from a recognized institution. SHRM certification would be an added advantage.
Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience as an HR generalist, including at least 5 years in managerial capacity.
