Simpaisa is looking for a sharp, hands-on Merchant Support Manager to lead our live support operations (WhatsApp, email, ticketing). You’ll manage a 24/7 team, handle escalations, track SLAs, and own the L1 support unit like a mini Ops team.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead shift-based support teams, coach, and track performance
-Manage ticketing tools (Zendesk), SLAs, and daily backlog
-Handle L1–L3 escalations and improve SOPs/macros
-Own knowledge base and agent workflows
-Work closely with Ops, Product & Tech
What We’re Looking For:
-4+ yrs in support operations, team lead experience a must
-Strong with tools (Zendesk, Power BI), dashboards, SOPs
-Excellent written communication & escalation handling
-Bias toward action, ownership, and cross-functional teamwork
