SIL Footwear Gujrat is looking to hire a Deputy Manager Production.
Key Responsibilities:
1)- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
2)- Assist in developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and processes. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
3)- Address production issues and bottlenecks promptly. Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
4)- Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production stages
5)- Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
6)- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials. Minimize waste and optimize resource usage to reduce costs.
7)- Enforce company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
8)- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and morale
