Shield Corporation Ltd is searching for profiles for the position of Assistant Manager Production. Candidate must have knowledge of injection molding, injection blow molding, plastic raw materials and injection stretch blow molding processes and operations.
Qualification: BE (Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial)
Experience: 3-5 Years.

Location: Karachi
Brief Description of Duties:
- To ensure achievement of Production targets keeping material rejection within specified limits.
- Supervising the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Diagnosing production line problems & providing/ taking recommendations/ actions.
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with Plant engineering team for the preparation and execution of machine preventive maintenance schedule.
- Develop and implement process control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
