Position: Deputy Manager – Inventory/Warehouse Management.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team in the FMCG sector. This role requires hands-on experience in fast-paced warehouse operations and deep understanding of inventory control to ensure seamless supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring timely dispatches and accurate stock keeping.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics in coordination with production, procurement, and sales teams.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Implement FIFO/FEFO.
Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track stock movements and maintain real-time inventory data.
Plan and lead monthly and quarterly stock audits and reconciliations.
Continuously improve warehouse layout and space utilization.
Train and lead warehouse staff to improve productivity and reduce operational errors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse management.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Familiar with FMCG warehousing practices, and high-volume inventory management.
Strong analytical and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.

Job Opportunity: Assistant Accountant Officer / Account Officer (Receivables Section)
Location: Karachi

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant Officer / Account Officer to join our Receivables Section. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording and managing receipt voucher entries
Following up on overdue payments and coordinating with clients
Handling debtor claims and resolving discrepancies
Performing debtor and bank reconciliations
Managing fixed assets records and issuance
Supporting other receivables-related accounting tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong MS Excel skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience in accounts receivables will be an added advantage
