Shield Corporation Limited Jobs Procurement Manager:

Shield Corporation Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Procurement Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring their business purchases, the goods and services that will best help them to achieve their goals.
   2.Keep smooth supply of materials for production by proper material and procurement planning, arrange materials from local and imported sources with quality and reasonable prices.
2. Mainly responsible for arranging the entire requirement of raw materials, packaging materials and other direct materials of factory.
3. Responsible for smooth processing of Material required planning against roll-over production plan as defined in SRM & S&OP meeting on the basis of available stocks considering predefined inventory level.
4. Ensure planning activities of local raw materials, packaging material, etc. as per requirement generated through MRP
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly departmental report related to procurement cycle.
6. To explore new material sources of best quality at cost effective price & according to set quality standards.

Skills/Attributes:

1. Well versed in MS WINDOWS, MS, Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, Internet exploration.
2. In-depth knowledge of purchase/procurement.
3. Knowledge of payables, accounts & taxation.
4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational and report writing skills.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
