JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace in manufacturing.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections.
- Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Organize safety trainings, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and HR on safety matters.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Safety Management.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in sugar or manufacturing industry).
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws, ISO standards, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
