Lead Talent Acquisition & OD – Lahore based
We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development (OD) professional to join our HR team at our Head Office in Lahore.
Eligibility Criteria:
• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development functions.
• Knowledge: Proficient in recruitment methods, on-campus recruitments, engaging third-party agencies, LinkedIn recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and AI-based recruitment tools.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
