Job Title: Business Development Manager- Coal Mining Industry
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Karachi Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing coal sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely and efficient sales operations. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. The Coal Sales Specialist will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards, and supporting the overall growth of our coal sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective coal sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Manage relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate policies.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and finance for smooth sales execution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to strengthen business relationships.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Complete other tasks assigned by seniors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any related field; Additional Certifications are a plus.
5+ years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in coal, mining, or related industries.
Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management skills.
Solid Understanding of market dynamics & Customer needs in the coal and energy sector.
Proficiency in MS Office & SAP/ERP systems; exp. with sales reporting tools is a plus.
Ability to Work independently in a multicultural environment.
Proficient in English and Chinese language will be an advantage.
