Job Title: Assistant Manager Property – Coal Mining Industry

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Property to join our Administration Department at the Tharparkar site within the coal mining industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and overseeing vendor coordination, asset management, and workplace safety. This position plays a vital role in supporting administrative efficiency and ensuring that all property-related matters are handled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the property manager in charge of the daily affairs management of the property and logistics in the Pakistani area.
• Responsible for the management of food and accommodation for employees in Pakistani area.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities in the Pakistani area, as well as the procurement plan for repair parts and materials.
• Responsible for the repair and management of houses and containers in Pakistan.
• Sanitation and cleaning of dormitory buildings, activity centers and public areas in the Pakistani area.
• Supervision of the medical clinic.
• Assist in the planning, arrangement and management of parties and events.
• Other temporary work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, or a related field. Additional Certifications are a plus.
2. At least 3+ years of experience in property management and facility service.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to multi task and perform well under pressure.
5. Proficient in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus and Chinese will be preferred.
6. Experience in public dealing and vendor coordination.
7. Professional attitude with self-confidence and a positive mindset.
8. Balanced mix of technical and interpersonal (hard and soft) skills.
