- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and distribution.
- Manage and monitor distributor performance, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market visits, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and brand positioning in retail stores.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
