Requirements
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a well-known organization; FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferable.
- Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brands and develop brand strategy and annual marketing plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities.
- Drive pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to maximize category performance.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and margins; take corrective actions where required; report to vendors/suppliers and local indents.
- Lead demand planning and inventory optimization to avoid stock gaps or overstocking.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and growth.
