POSITION: AREA SALES MANAGER
QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR OR MASTER DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, SALES, OR A RELATED FIELD.
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 07 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF SALES IN FMCG
LOCATION: KARACHI
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Implement area strategies, develop new markets/channels, and propose promotions to counter competition.
- Ensure effective utilization of company resources and trade budgets to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the area sales team, ensuring optimal performance while managing sales pipelines and improving results.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive growth.
