Position: Deputy Manager Engineering
Qualification: BSc Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Required Experience : 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the company as per engineering standards.
• Planning, Troubleshooting, installation and Preventive maintenance of the facility & equipment.
• Manage Engineering department operating expense budget and time lines.
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Oversee technical aspect for Process Safety Management and Environmental Compliance.
• Implementing control system, process control, automation, Industrial automation and instrumentation
• Having all type of exposure such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Civil.
• Perform administrative functions such as reviewing, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about
the purchase of materials or services
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors
• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the
department.
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
