Shafi Texcel Ltd is looking for a “Officer Procurement” in procurement Department for its Head Office located at Manga Raiwind road, Lahore.
Brief Job Responsibilities:
· Receiving PRs from Users checking the details and specifications of electrical/Mechanical/General items
· Calling Quotations from suppliers/Vendors
· Creating POs in systems and taking follow ups for Approvals
· Communicating Approved POs with suppliers/Vendors
· Coordinating with purchasers/Suppliers for timely deliveries/Shipments
· Maintaining Records of quotations and other documents
· Keeping complete records of Cash purchases and payments
Education: Intermediate/Graduate
Experience: 01 to 02 Years in the Large-Sized organization.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Good Problem-Solving Skills
· Strong Customer focus
· The ability to prioritize your Workload
· Attention to detail.
Salary: 35k with all perks and benefits
