Job Responsibilities:
1)Oversee end-to-end design and development processes from New Product Development (NPD) approval to mold inspection.
2)Coordinate the preparation of NPD documentation, including specification sheets, sample planning, laboratory testing, and cost estimation.
3)Collaborate closely with sales, production, and laboratory teams to ensure adherence to international standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
4)Maintain accurate and organized records of sample and lab test results, customer claims, corrective actions, and mold modifications.
