Servis Tyres is looking to hire a Deputy Manager HSE.
Job Responsibilities:
1)- Ensure adherence to the organization’s OHS Policy & Procedures as per ISO 45001: 2018 standard, conduct workplace inspections, Audits and prepare reports for analysis and continuous improvement.
2)- Ensure the effective implementation of the industry’s best OHS practices and procedures, assessing risks and designing strategies to reduce potential dangers in the operations.
3)- Development and Execution of HSE Training Plans as per need analysis and revamping of HSE Training Modules to effectively train the workforce on Zero Injury mission.
4)- Conducting Environmental monitoring of Air Emissions, Particulate matters, Wastewater, drinking water, LUX & Noise and ensuring compliance with local and national environmental quality standards or WHO guidelines.
5)- Coordinate with Factory Senior leadership to set Annual OSH goals and KPIs and ensure their effective and timely achievement.
6)- Conduct HSE Performance Review meetings with the Factory Senior Management and present Monthly reports.
7)- Efficiently Manage and provide medical facilities for Health emergencies for the plant employees.
8)- Develop and Maintain HSE CAPEX & OPEX Budget & Execute projects as per plan.
