Servis Retail is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
1)- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
2)- Resolve Issues and Complaints: Handle customer complaints by identifying problems, providing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
3)- Provide Product Information: Process Orders and Returns, Maintain Customer Records, Collaborate with Other Departments & Follow Up on Customer Cases
4)- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
5)- Stay Informed on Policies and Products: Keep updated on company policies, product updates, and service offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.

Skills:
1)- Clear and effective Urdu speaking skills
2)- Familiarity with CRMs, communication tools, basic IT, and troubleshooting
3)- Proficient in data entry, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking
