Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a “Travel Desk Officer” for its Head Office. This position will be responsible for;
· Overseeing the travel/Boarding/ Lodging of all the management of group companies.
· Visa applications and processing (West region/ Asia Pacific/ Middle east etc.)
· Travel protocol of the elite Management (Group Companies).
. Assist employees with travel-related inquiries, changes, or disruptions, ensuring a smooth travel experience. Handle emergency re-bookings, cancellations, and urgent changes as needed.
. Stay informed about travel advisories, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure that employees travel in compliance with current safety requirements.
