· Responsible for vendor Identification, quality parameters, sampling, shortlisting and recommending vendors to corporate supply chain.
· Developing & Maintain production plans.
· Preparing cost estimates for products.
· Managing product pricing, product assortment and quality.
· Monitoring & improving OTIF.
· Identifying & capitalizing on cost-saving opportunities.
· Defining, implementing & maintaining high-quality standards for all products.
· Overseeing the sampling process.

Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a “Warehouse Manager” for its Sarena Sefam store. This position will be responsible for;
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse, including manpower planning, training, scheduling, and paper work.
· Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
· Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
· Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as production, planning, procurement and logistics, to coordinate activities and resolve issues related to inventory management and order fulfillment.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as data accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory management, and labor productivity, to identify opportunities for improvement.
