ZONE SALES MANAGER
REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager/Head of Sales LOCATION: LAHORE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Zone Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the frozen industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Achieve/Exceed monthly/Quarterly/ annual assigned Zone.
- Proven sales leadership experience in the frozen industry or FMCS sector.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Requirements:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zone sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
