Position: Unit Head – Enterprise Transformations Salary Level: Up to VP Location: Islamabad
Job Summary The role anchors structured tracking and facilitation of Saudi Pak’s cross-functional initiatives-spanning IT infrastructure, digitization, and resilience. It supports milestone visibility, SOP versioning, and integrated governance tracking while detailing departmental inputs to governance forums. The position requires internal and external stakeholder engagements without overlapping compliance or line authority, ensuring alignment, documentation integrity, and transparent controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Milestone Oversight: Track execution status of major institutional initiatives-spanning IT enablement, infrastructure upgrades, record digitization, and resilience planning-by maintaining structured follow-up, identifying criticality, and escalation alerts.
- Procedural Versioning & Alignment Support: Coordinate periodic reviews of departmental SOPs and workstreams to incorporate updates, maintaining version control and ensuring cross-functional alignment with approved frameworks, without overlapping audit or compliance roles.
- Integrated Governance Tracking: Maintain unified dashboards, decision registers, and initiative trackers to provide an integrated visibility of progress, issues, and performance, ensuring that ongoing documentation remains audit-ready and outcome focused.
- Stakeholder Engagement Coordination: Facilitate formal engagements between internal units and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, auditors, regulators) to support smooth institutional execution while respecting departmental mandates and authority.
- Review Detailing & Progress Consolidation: Support the dovetailing of inter-departmental review inputs by aligning timelines, structuring meeting content, and consolidating progress summaries to ensure continuity across strategic operational workstreams.
Education Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field from a reputed university.
