Sarena textile industries Pvt Ltd –Apparel Unit is looking to hire Assistant Manager IE who will responsible for
1- Monitor PITS wages system.
2- Prepare Style wise rate lists & verify the operations.
3- Prepare workers final wages sheet & responsible to clear from audit.
4- Production & Productivity improvements, Lessening the Costs, overheads and wastage of time, material etc. by implementing I.E. techniques at Garment Production Facility within the available Company resources.
5- Verifying, implementing & executing all Style operation breakdown of Cut to pack all products, based on SAM, Man & Machines’ Line balancing & Capacity, Target, resources and productivity
6- Compiling, verifying and approving all styles’ Thread consumptions and CM costing
7- Making & analyzing overall Plant Efficiency on the basis of daily provided verified Production data, Cut to Pack.
Qualification : Graduation, / BSC Industrial Engineering
Experience : Min 5/6 year practical experience
