We are Hiring QUALITY SUPERVISOR – SHOES
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualification: Bachelor’s in Quality Management Experience: 10 to 15 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures, work instructions, and policies for shoe manufacturing.
- Ability to oversee and conduct inspections at various production stages (incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished footwear).
- Ensure all products comply with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (SATRA, EN ISO, ASTM, and internal standards).
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components (leather, textiles, soles, adhesives) and finished footwear for defects, fit, finish, and durability.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with technical drawings, design specifications, and quality checklists.
- Manage and coordinate product testing (e.g., material strength, adhesion, sole durability) in collaboration with laboratory teams, if required.
- Ensure orders are executed accurately according to customer specifications.
