Sarena Textile Industries is looking for an extrovert, skilled marketing and communication personnel for the position of “Communication Manager”. The ideal candidate will be responsible to carry out below mentioned job tasks.
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies.
- Management of external communication channels like social media platforms, company websites and media relations, adhering to a company’s brand by publishing content and marketing materials.
- Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises as well as to determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals.
- Stays informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the industry to foster ideas and innovation for designing the marketing content for various international textile fairs and exhibitions.
- Development of all kind of corporate video content for the company to communicate the intended and impactful message.
- Responsible to design and supervise the graphical content to ensure it conveys the right message to the right audience.
- Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
- In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media.
- Professional understanding of crisis management.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Tech savvy to be able to manage social media platforms actively.
- Experience of successfully designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.
- Great multi-tasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Good organizational, planning, project and coordination skills.
Job Specifications:
- Master’s degree in strategic Communications, Mass Communication, Brand Marketing or equivalent from any reputable institute.
- Minimum 3-4 years of advertising or marketing experience.
- Salary: Market Competitive
- Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems experience.
