We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel Washing team who will ensure efficient, high-quality, and sustainable washing processes in our apparel division.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Lead and manage daily shift production to achieve defined targets.
- Oversee operations in the GWP Section, maintaining recipes and step targets for all ongoing washes.
- Handle production volumes of up to 5,000 garments per day while ensuring eco-friendly and cost-effective recipes.
- Ensure all documentation is properly maintained for traceability and historical reference.
- Plan and allocate machine-wise production to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality parameters across all processes.
- Supervise and coordinate teams including supervisors, operators, assistant operators, and helpers.
- Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance, Electrical, Quality, and Packing departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Chemical or related field.
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Apparel Washing Production
Advanced technical knowledge of apparel washing processes.
Strong decision-making skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate operational challenges.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
