Job Title: Production Manager
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Experience: * 7+ years of progressive experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Oversee end-to-end production of personal care products ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering for seamless production operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits and trainings.

Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in preparing and managing annual departmental budgets
- Monitor manufacturing costs, consumption trends, and wastage levels
- Perform monthly inventory valuation and ensure accurate cost reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and factory cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and strengthen internal controls for costing and budgeting
- Utilize SAP to improve costing accuracy, budgeting efficiency, and management reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage
