This is a generalist role with key responsibilities including overall HR operations, monitoring attendance for payroll, ERP System (Time Trax) and data management. He should have hands on experience in handling labors along with good understanding of labor Laws, SESSI and EOBI.
Qualification: MBA-HR or relevant Master’s degree in HR.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in Textile or Retail.

Job Duties:
- Prepare Internal Audit Plan and work programs in consultation with reporting manager.
- Finalize internal audit reports Monthly/Quarterly in consultation with reporting manager.
- Ensure comprehensive audit is performed through effective implementation of audit techniques and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments of the organization regarding the operational issues arising during the performance of audit procedures.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding the issues identified during the audit of various sections of the organization.
- Supervise and guide subordinate to perform the task as per given time frame.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the concerned reporting officials.
Job Specification:
Education: MBA or ACCA/CA/ICMA (Part Qualified)
Experience: 3-5 yrs. of relevant experience from Textile/Fashion Retail.

Job Duties:
- Ensure effective deployment and management of internal audit team.
- Finalize audit plans after discussion with reporting manager and discuss with regional audit teams for execution.
- Monitor progress of finalized plan and report to the reporting manager on regular basis.
- Review reports submitted by the audit teams and discuss recommendations with reporting manager.
- Provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations to reporting manager after each audit assignment.
- Report and escalate any overdue audit recommendations or significant operational issues.
- Evaluate performance of audit teams and suggest training needs if required to the reporting manager.
- Plan and ensure execution of any special assignment as per reporting manager request.

Sana Safinaz is looking for “Audit Executive”. The position is based on our warehouse located in Clifton-Karachi.
Job Duties:
- Assist line Manager in the planned and assigned tasks of the department.
- Prepare the required working/supporting documents of the reports.
- Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area.
- Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk within the assigned area.
- Ensure Compliance and physical verification of sampling and bridal wages.
- Perform physical inventory verification and audits periodically including warehouse and reconcile it with the system report.
- Provide feedback reports on findings.
- All other special and required assignment where necessary.
Job Specification:
Education: BBA/ MBA in Finance
Experience: 1-3 yrs. of relevant experience from Textile/Fashion Retail.
