Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Creative Lead”.
Job Description:
· Guiding creative teams in the creation of creative assets for outdoors, brandings, digital, print, social, and video projects.
· Experience working closely with creative director to develop a brand’s visual design identity.
· Make sure that all designs meet the company’s brand guidelines.
· Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and public relation, to understand project requirements.
· Train junior designers in managing project timelines.
· Must be aware with current industry trends and technologies
Qualification: Masters/Bachelors from a reputable institution in the relevant field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of agency experience will be preferred.
Knowledge / Skills:
Keen interest in fashion.
Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects.
Location: Design Studio, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the design department.
- Managing product development & costing (BOM+SAM).
- Developing lab dips and getting them approved by the design department.
- Ensuring quality of fabric, printing, embroidery and finished garment meets the standards.
- Developing pre-production sample and getting them approved by the design department.
- Coordinating with production, sourcing, and design department for approvals.
Education: Minimum BS/BE in Textile
Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in Women’s Apparel Brand
Location: Warehouse (Clifton) – Karachi
