Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Customer Relationship Manager” for our retail outlet based in Clifton, Karachi.
Incumbent will be responsible for:
· Effective communication with customers.
· Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
· Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
· Providing accurate product and service information.
· Analyzing customer feedback trends.
· Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
· Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
· Staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
· Implementing customer service guidelines.
· Guiding staff to enhance sales performance.
· Providing active customer service support.
· Ensuring adherence to visual merchandising and brand experience guidelines.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar customer service role.
