Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & OD
Job Description:
- Works collaboratively with the organization leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization.
- Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures across organization which includes but is not limited to: succession planning, leadership selection and assessment, leadership development planning
- Design Job Descriptions for all the positions across the organization with proper Job Analysis process and tools.
Design, review & update organizational structures across organization. - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manpower planning - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews & placing offer.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Job Specification: MBA HRM or relevant Master’s degree in HR
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in Textile or Retail
