Position: Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Requirements:
🔸 Education: CA finalist/ACCA with articles completed
🔸 Experience: 3–6 years in the FMCG/Tobacco sector

Job Role:
- Develop audit engagement scope, complete fieldwork, and prepare audit reports.
- Ensure control management for financial reliability and compliance.
- Perform full audit cycles, including risk and control management, while adhering to all directives and regulations.
- Analyze accounting documentation, identify loopholes, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Provide independent advice to ensure legal compliance and achieve organizational goals.
- Supervise and train staff, monitor audit processes, and prepare concise audit reports for senior management.
